A Community-Driven Initiative to Support Veterans’ Housing

Purple Heart Homes (PHH) is proud to announce the launch of a new official chapter, Tee Off For A Veteran, led by Bryan Holliday. This annual golf tournament initiative will support PHH’s mission of providing Veterans with safe, accessible and dignified housing, while engaging the community through fellowship and philanthropy.

The Tee Off For A Veteran tournament will bring together supporters, sponsors and Veterans advocates for a day of golf and giving, raising critical funds and awareness for housing solutions for service-connected disabled Veterans.

“This is an exciting addition to the Purple Heart Homes family,” said John Gallina, co-founder and CEO of Purple Heart Homes. “Bryan Holliday’s leadership and vision for Tee Off For A Veteran exemplifies the kind of grassroots commitment that drives our mission forward. By combining community engagement with meaningful impact, this chapter will help us reach even more Veterans in need.”

The annual tournament will serve as both a fundraising and awareness-building event, uniting local businesses, community leaders and supporters who share a commitment to honoring and serving Veterans. Through this initiative, participants will have the opportunity to directly contribute to life-changing home repairs and modifications for Veterans.

“Tee Off For a Veteran is about more than golf – it’s about giving back to those who have given so much,” said Bryan Holliday, chapter lead. “We’re proud to partner with Purple Heart Homes and look forward to building an event that not only brings people together but also creates lasting impact for Veterans and their families. This partnership will also secure the long-term commitment of the event.”

The addition of this chapter further strengthens Purple Heart Homes’ growing national network, expanding its ability to serve more than 1,400 Veterans currently in need of housing assistance. By leveraging community-driven events like Tee Off For A Veteran, PHH continues to scale its mission and deepen its reach across the country.

Registration Opens Monday June 1, 2026
