ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Veterans age 59 or younger must have a minimum 10% service connected disability rating. Veterans age 60 or older are not required to have a disability rating.
  • Honorable, General, or Other Than Honorable discharge.
  • Must reside in the home as their primary residence for at least one year and own the home or have a current mortgage with no delinquent mortgage payments.
  • Veterans from all eras and branches of service are welcome to apply.
  • Third parties may submit an application on behalf of a Veteran applicant.
