Justin Maxwell serves as Chief Operating Officer of My Plan Advocate, a rapidly growing Medicare brokerage and insurtech firm headquartered in Salt Lake City. In this role, he leads large-scale operational, recruiting, and technology initiatives that help thousands of seniors across the country access the right health coverage. Known for his data-driven approach and people-first leadership style, Justin has overseen major growth transformations while staying focused on culture, mission, and long-term sustainability.

Outside of his executive career, Justin is deeply committed to service and community. As a member of the Purple Heart Homes Board of Directors, he brings his expertise in scaling organizations, financial stewardship, and strategic planning to help further the mission of providing safe and accessible housing solutions for service-connected disabled and aging veterans.

Justin and his wife, Maria, live in the Charlotte area with their two young children. He is passionate about building organizations that empower people, supporting veterans, and creating lasting impact in the communities he serves.
