Ryan Repp

Ryan Repp, CAP® is an execution-focused business and product support leader with nearly three decades of experience at Bank of America. Currently serving as SVP, Business Strategy and Initiative Manager for the Private Bank, Ryan oversees execution governance for enterprise-level initiatives and a $100M technology budget, aligning strategic transformation with financial optimization. Additionally, he is the Private Bank Change Executive Delegate working to ensure all Private Bank change is managed within Bank of America’s risk framework. Over his career, he has led major efforts in product development, process improvement, sales enablement, and cost reduction (recognized for cutting $650K in vendor spend and streamlining operations that reduced FTE expenses by 20%) primarily in the Philanthropic Solutions space.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Accounting from Truman State University and is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®). Beyond his professional work he serves on the Board of Directors of Purple Heart Homes, an organization committed to ensuring quality of life housing solutions for disabled American Veterans of all eras. Based in Charlotte, NC with his 2 beautiful daughters, Ryan enjoys soccer, woodworking, DIY and all sorts of outdoor activities.
